Charles Einsmann is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in structuring and negotiating win-win solutions for distressed property sales. As the co-founder of Clear Sky Properties LLC (est. 2005) and Clear Sky Financial LLC (est. 2013), Charles plays a pivotal role in networking, sourcing investment opportunities, and closing strategic real estate deals.
In addition to his leadership at Clear Sky, Charles owns Green Dot Title, is a licensed Virginia Realtor, and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Devry Institute of Technology. His expertise in real estate negotiations, distressed property investments, and title services makes him a trusted name in the industry.

Sam Jacknin
Sam Jacknin is a real estate expert with over 25 years of experience, specializing in distressed property sales, real estate development, and investment strategies. As the co-founder of Clear Sky Properties LLC (est. 2005) and Clear Sky Financial LLC (est. 2013), Sam leads loan closing and administration while collaborating on high-value real estate deals.
In addition to his leadership roles at Clear Sky, Sam is the principal broker and owner of Green Dot Realty and a licensed Realtor in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. His extensive background in real estate finance, marketing, and property transactions is backed by a B.S. in Anthropology and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from George Mason University.
